Ringsbo
Ringsbo is a target area in the Västervik district, approximately three kilometres east of Gladhammar, with historic copper workings and documented metal indications.
Project focus
Mapping and sampling of tungsten mineralisation
Clarify whether previous high tungsten grades are part of a larger coherent system.Geophysics over identified shear zone
Tests the continuation of the mineralisation below the surface and the potential for greater thicknesses at depth.Evaluation of granite-related target areas
Assesses whether Ringsbo can develop from a local discovery into a broader tungsten prospect.
Ringsbo complements Crustal's work in the Västervik district by adding a separate target area with historical mining environments and documented metal occurrences. The area is linked to older copper workings and sample material where, among other things, gold, molybdenum, and tungsten have been detected in previous studies.
Crustal's work at Ringsbo is based on combining historical information, field observations, sampling, and geophysics. The focus is on better understanding the area's technical conditions and assessing which parts of Ringsbo are most relevant for continued exploration within the Västervik district.
