Company structure
Crustal Resources AB is the listed parent company platform of the group. Under the parent company, there are three wholly-owned subsidiaries that consolidate the group's projects, permits, and operational portfolio positions.
The structure reflects how Crustal operates: the parent company manages the capital market, strategy, and shared resources, while the subsidiaries hold the assets to be developed through exploration, technical evaluation, and value-creating work.

The Parent Company
Crustal Resources AB is the group's listed parent company. This is where the overall governance of the group, capital raising, investor relations, and strategic prioritisation of the project portfolio are located.
The parent company is also responsible for coordinating technical, administrative, and organisational resources for the subsidiaries.
Crustal Westbay AB
Crustal Westbay AB is the company where the core rights of the Gladhammar project reside.
The company holds the exploitation concession Gladhammar K No. 1 as well as exploration permits in direct connection to the concession. This gathers the existing mineralisation and the closest expansion opportunities within the same company.
This makes Crustal Westbay the group's core company for the continued development of Gladhammar.
Crustal Exploration AB
Crustal Exploration AB accumulates the group's broader exploration positions outside the Gladhammar core itself.
The company holds other exploration permits in the Västervik district as well as the Faxälven permits. Its role is to provide Crustal with a flexible platform for regional exploration, new target areas, and continued portfolio development within precious and strategic metals.
Crustal Strategic AB
Crustal Strategic AB brings together the group's exposure to rare earth elements, energy metals, and other strategically important metals in Sweden.
The company complements Crustal's main focus on Gladhammar and the Västervik district by providing the group with broader exposure to metals of importance for energy, defence, electronics, and industrial value chains.
