Lebo
Lebo is a target area in the Västervik district with historic mine workings and documented copper and gold grades.
Project focus
Mapping and sampling at historical mines
Validates previous copper and gold discoveries and clarifies the extent of the mineralisation.Ground magnetics and potential IP
Defines targets around historical mine shafts, new anomalies and mineralised structures.Evaluation of the copper-gold potential
Strengthens the basis for Lebo as a separate target within the Västervik district.
Lebo is based on a historical mining environment where copper minerals have been observed in the bedrock and where analyses have shown copper and gold grades. The project provides Crustal with another concrete target area in the Västervik district, outside of the work at Gladhammar.
Crustal's work at Lebo is focused on following up on historical mining environments, sampling results, and geophysical data. Through mapping, sampling, and ground geophysics, the company can strengthen its understanding of the area and prioritise the parts that have the best technical support for continued exploration.
