Hemmyrberget
Hemmyrberget is Crustal's gold-oriented project in the Los-Hamra district in Ljusdal municipality. The project comprises the Hemmyrberget no. 100 exploration permit and is based on documented gold and arsenic indications, historical investigations and existing technical data.
Project focus
Quality assure historical data
Evaluate previous mapping, sampling, geophysics and core drilling to determine if the project warrants further work.
Hemmyrberget is located within the Los-Hamra district, part of the Los-Överturingen metallogenetic area in southern Hälsingland. The project area is situated in the Bothnian Basin and comprises metasedimentary rocks where previous investigations have documented gold and arsenic mineralisation in boulders, outcrops, and drill cores.
The project has historical technical documentation that includes mapping, sampling, geophysics, and core drilling. Within the permit area is Hässjaberg, where previous work has documented Au-As mineralisation, and Mansjöberget, a separate prospect linked to iron and skarn mineralisation.
Crustal's planned work is to evaluate available data to assess the technical conditions of the project and define the next steps. The focus is on compiling and quality assuring historical reports, boreholes, assays, and other geological data before deciding on any further field follow-up, sampling, geophysics, or drilling.
