Incentive programme
The incentive programme comprises series 2026/2029 warrants for board members, with the exception of the chairman of the board. The programme comprises a maximum of 500,000 warrants.
Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new Class B share in Crustal Resources AB during the period 12 March 2029–26 March 2029 at a subscription price of SEK 3.50 per share. The subscription price and the number of Class B shares to which each warrant entitles the holder may be subject to customary recalculation under the terms of the warrants.
